Adeline's Lifetime Planner and Eiland's Stele are the two names the game highlights in gold in its own description box, so those are their proper item names. The rest are described rather than named.

(待确认 — six entries come from a video walkthrough rather than the in-game text box: Caldarus, Juniper, March, Ryis, Seridia and Valen. Juniper's and March's names are corroborated by PC Gamer, and Ryis's tree is referenced in the official patch notes.)

Is the wiki wrong about these?

On one point, yes.

The wiki's Spouse items page describes a proposal item as "a single piece of decor". In practice at least nine of the twelve restore energy or give a resource when you interact with them.

There is a supporting detail in the patch notes: a fix mentions destroying a 10 Heart item while it is restoring the player's stamina or health. That behaviour only makes sense if these items are not purely decorative.

Which three break the pattern?

March's shield is the only confirmed pure decoration. You can hang it on a wall, but you cannot interact with it and it does nothing.

Caldarus's Dragon-Sworn Statue gives essence instead of energy, and its icon looks different from the others.

Seridia's statue cannot be interacted with either, because the statue is not really the gift. Her actual reward is a full set of Dragonsworn armour, including a cape, unlocked in character customisation.

What makes Juniper's scroll the best one?

It is not decoration at all. Place it and it emits a protective effect that changes what happens when you faint in the mines.

Normally fainting drops you in Valen's clinic. With the scroll placed, you are teleported home safely instead, and you do not lose any health.

This was tested rather than assumed: the player who documented it stripped off all their armour, went down into the mines, and deliberately let the monsters take their health to zero.

Can you really get all twelve?

Yes. The patch notes confirm you can view every event and collect every item before deciding, because the scenes can be retriggered with the Engagement Ring until you formally get engaged.

One warning, though, because these two things get confused. Proposal items can all be collected. The three furniture pieces your spouse mails you after the wedding cannot, since 1.0 has no divorce and no way to remarry. One set per save.

Where can you see them yourself?

The full set of proposal scenes was recorded and published on 9 August 2026, with a separate chapter for each character's gift. That video is the source for the six entries flagged above, and it is the fastest way to check any of them.
